How long have you been writing?
I’ve been writing since I was about eight or nine-years-old. Around that age I discovered R.L. Stine and Stephen King. Their work inspired me to create my own stories.
How many hours per day do you write?
It varies. Some days, I write more than others. Throughout the week, I aim to write for at least two hours per day. On weekends, I write as long as I have free time.
How many screenplays have you written so far?
I’ve only written one so far. But that’s going to change very soon. I promise.
How did you get into horror?
My older sister. In the early 2000s, she introduced me to a lot of the classic horror movies. from the 1980s and 1990s. As soon as I started watching, I just couldn’t take my eyes of the screen.
What is your favorite horror movie?
Wes Craven’s A Nightmare on Elm Street. A high-concept original slasher with a unique villain? It doesn’t get any better than that.
What is your favorite piece of horror fiction?
At the moment, it’s The Thing on the Doorstep by H.P. Lovecraft. Stephen King’s It has always been one of my favorites too.
